A union representing workers at Macy’s Tacoma Mall store have reached a tentative agreement with the retailer for a new contracts.
United Food and Commercial Workers Local 367 said today that the union is recommending its members ratify the agreement. Members will vote Wednesday on the deal.
Negotiations between Macy’s and the UFCW began Jan. 23. The tentative deal was reached last Wednesday after an all-night bargaining session.
Details of the contract were not disclosed to the public.
